Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Glow Up Lab. Our service is a "Personal Import Agency Service," which means we procure products from overseas based on your request. Due to the nature of this service, we have established the following policy. Please be sure to read and understand it before placing your order.
1. Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges for Personal Reasons
As a general rule, we cannot accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges for personal reasons (customer convenience) after an order has been confirmed.
Due to the nature of the personal import agency service, once your order is confirmed, we immediately place an order with the overseas sender. We appreciate your understanding.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

"The product was different from what I imagined."

"The product did not suit my skin."

"I ordered the wrong item."
-
"I no longer need the item."
Please carefully review all product details before completing your order.
2. Returns or Exchanges Due to Our Error
We take the utmost care in quality control and shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that falls under the categories below, please contact us via our Contact Page or support@glow-up.co within 7 days of the product's arrival. After confirming the situation, we will promptly arrange for a return or exchange.
<Cases eligible for return or exchange>:

The product delivered is clearly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong item, wrong color, wrong size).

The product was damaged or soiled at the time of delivery.
3. Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, even if the product falls under the "Our Error" category described in Section 2:

If 8 days or more have passed since the product arrived.

If the customer has opened or used the product even once.

If the product has been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession.

If the product's packaging, box, accessories, or manual has been damaged, lost, or discarded.

If the product is returned to us without prior contact.

In any other case that falls under "personal reasons" as defined in our Terms of Service.
4. Return and Exchange Procedure

Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your item, please contact us via our Contact Page. Be sure to include your "Order Number," "Full Name," "Name of the defective item," and "Photos showing the defect (Required)."

Confirmation: We will review the information provided.

Guidance: We will email you instructions on how to proceed, including the return address. (※Please do not send the product back until you receive this email.)

Shipment: Please follow the instructions to return the product to the specified address.

Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship a replacement or process your refund.
5. About Refunds
A refund will be processed only if a replacement item is not available or if a return has been formally approved. As a general rule, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Disclaimers

This is a personal import agency service. We do not guarantee the efficacy, effects, quality, or safety of the products. Use of all products is at the customer's own risk.

We cannot accept cancellations due to customs clearance delays or shipping delays caused by weather or other external factors.

If a product is "confiscated" or "destroyed" by customs authorities based on the laws of the importing country, we cannot be held responsible. We are unable to provide a refund in such cases. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
